Shipping
We ship within Canada only, at a flat rate shown at checkout, with free shipping over the minimum shown. Orders ship after payment is confirmed; tracking is shared once sent.
Returns
If an item arrives not as described — an undisclosed flaw, wrong size or wrong item — contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund including shipping. Pieces must come back in the condition received.
Final sale
Because every piece is one of a kind and flaws are disclosed, change-of-mind returns aren't accepted unless stated on the listing.
Lost or damaged
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
