Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your name, email, phone (optional), shipping address and order history — only what we need to sell and ship to you.
Why
To process orders, ship, handle returns, keep tax records and answer you. We never sell your information.
Who sees it
Our team, and service providers that host the site and deliver parcels, only as needed. Data may be stored on servers outside Canada.
Marketing
We only send news about lives and drops if you've said yes, and every message lets you unsubscribe, as required by Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
